The reason Black Frog can offer high collateral is because jump freighters have much higher effective hitpoints than regular freighters. Red Frog's maximum collateral of 1B ensures that they cannot be profitably attacked in hisec.

It's New Years Eve, and time to say thank you to all of our customers for your custom in the few months since we began operations. It has been our pleasure to assist you with all of your losec and 0.0 logistics support, and we hope we can continue to live up and surpass your expectations in 2011.
Please note that while our 0.0 service is officially on holiday until January 10, our losec service is continuing at full speed ahead. We are still managing to complete the occasional 0.0 contract despite the holiday slowdown, so if you do have 0.0 contracts, feel free to put them up (preferaably with 14 days to accept, so that they don't expire until after our Jan 10 holiday period concludes).
All current contracts are completed, so now is a good time to send Quafe to your losec bases for New Years celebrations! We recommend Quafe chilled, on ice.

We've managed to make an early restart to full operational status after the holiday season. It's business as usual, as we help you move your precious things to and from losec and NPC 0.0 space.
Phyllobates will update our status on page one shortly, but in the meantime, I'm posting here just to confirm that we're back up to full speed, accepting and delivering contracts throughout our entire pickup and delivery areas. Try us today!
